Foil greenhouses

All Prins Foil greenhouses are developed by the Prins Group and is designer as well as supplier and constructor. Therefore Prins Foil greenhouses meet the well known “Prins Quality”

”Max-Air” Foil greenhouses
Max-air greenhouses are also called Cabriolet or Open Roof greenhouses. The special construction of the roof enables the roof to be opened (almost) completely. Max-air foil greenhouses are available in standard dimensions of the bays of 4,00 m., 4,27 m. and 4,80 m. However, on demand all other dimensions up to 4,80 m. can be delivered. The roofbars are made of steel, the top rim of the ventilation windows is made of aluminium. The foil is tightly stretched between the aluminium top rims and the aluminium gutters.

”Venlo” Foil greenhouses
Venlo foil greenhouses are available with continuous roof ventilation on 1 or on both sides of the roof and are available in standard dimensions of the bays of 4,00 m., 4,27 m. and 4,80 m. However, on demand all other dimensions up to 4,80 m. can be delivered. Ventilation windows can be provided with insect gauze.

”Bow” Foil greenhouses
Bow foil greenhouses are available with bows of 8,00 m. and 9,00 m. and are provided with continuous roof ventilation on 1 or on both sides of the roof. Ventilation windows can be provided with insect gauze.

Foil
Foil in Prins Foil greenhouses can be single foil or double foil and of different thickness and quality. In double foil air is blown which ensures considerable savings of energy costs.

Walls
Walls can be covered with foil, glass, synthetic or (insulated) sandwich sheets. The sub-structure of Prins Foil greenhouses is the same as of traditional Venlo trellis sub-structures. Therefore in Prins Foil greenhouses the same systems and installations can be installed as in glasshouses like screening systems, heating installations, assimilation, spray robots etc.
