Profile details

In the gallery are some Prins Systemen profiles:

Picture 1:
Aluminium PD gutter suitable for roofs covered with glass. The gutter is available in different heights and wall-thickness, depending on type of greenhouse, bay width, postheight and loads by wind and snow.

Picture 2:
Securing roofbars on the gutter by use of aluminium gutter-blocks. Use of these blocks prevent out of alignment glazing because the position of the bars is determined by engineering software. Prins Systemen is one of the few suppliers of the massive gutter-blocks. High wind-loads cause no damages to the roof and the bars. Also glass sheets remain lined-up and no cracking of the glass occurs.

Picture 3:
Roofbar provided with Hostalit cappings. The glass in the bars is fully covered by the cappings, so cracking of the glass is prevented. Also energy is saved because there is no cold conductance.

Picture 4:
Moment resisting connection with 4 RFS screws in the bar. Roll over of the ridge is prevented.

Picture 5:
Roof with a ventilation window. Bottom model is 2-sided ventilation

Picture 6:
Gutter system with a profile for insulated sandwich panels. The panels are often used on service buildings.

Picture 7:
Glass gutter with special profile for 16 mm. polycarbonate sheets. Roofs which are completely covered with synthetic materials use special gutters.
