Ventilation systems

In Venlo greenhouses most ventilation systems are of the rail-mechanism
type. This type of mechanism drives the ventilation windows by rack and pinion houses and push-pull tubes. For every bay, section and ventilation window the correct type of ventilation is calculated.

In Widespan greenhouses most ventilation systems are of the continuous rooftop ventilation type. Direct driven systems 1 motor drives the ventilation window, indirect driven systems drive several windows by 1 motor.

In Foil greenhouses and Max-air greenhouses rail-mechanism systems as well as continuous ventilation systems are possible.

Calculation of the right type of ventilation is one of the most important actions that have to be done. Important by calculating the right type are the dimensions of the ventilation sections and whether or not insect netting systems are to be installed.
